Chinese Children in Prayer 華人兒童禱告運動
The Beginning
Since the beginning of October 2012, under a gathering of the major International Leaders Movement, the Lord touched and revealed to our hearts. We cry out from deep to deep to the Lord to save our children, including those who have not yet been born!
In the continuing of the World Prayer Conference held in Indonesia in 2012, with 120,000 national saints were gathered in this largest Muslim population. “The New Wave of Glory” children department from Hong Kong "Children in Prayer" has rolled in the Chinese world of the nations. On April 14, 2013, Hong Kong held its first "4/14 Window" prayer meeting. We initiated and were in sync with many countries to pray specially for children from 4 to 14 years from all over the world.
In May of the same year, under the encouragement of John Robb, the president of “International Prayer Network (International Prayer Council- www.ipcprayer.org), we hosted the first “Children's Prayer Training Conference” in Hong Kong. Not only did we have Hong Kong local participants, but also more than 100 leaders from mainland China who carry the same burden to pray for the rise of children receive training together.
The prayer leaders who were invited were the leaders who led the children's prayer movement in the "World Prayer Conference" in Jakarta, Indonesia. They came from Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. From their own pocket they came with their children to Hong Kong to serve us. It was such a pleasant!
With a great surprise, together with the participants from the mainland's prayer leaders who gathered in Hong Kong, the "Chinese Five-Party Prayer Wall" started up and was launched simultaneously.
In May of the same year, with the "Children's Prayer Movement Special Training" and the "Chinese Five-Party Prayer Wall" were born together like twins. This was beyond our expectation and we are really excited! The Children's Prayer Movement has been fit in a perfect foot print, has become multi-generational connections and a same-pace construction. To God be the glory!
